Q. Are you free on the date we wish to travel?
A. It is usually advisable to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment and not leave it until the last minute. However, we will try to arrange transport with a colleague in a similar business if we are fully booked.
Q. How much does the journey cost?
A. For regular enquiries such as airport transfers, an immediate quotation can be given. A budget quotation is given for all other journeys. These are always followed up in writing so that all details may be thoroughly checked by clients and then bookings confirmed.
Q. Do you charge any extra for unsociable hours? e.g. for a journey to an airport.
A. No, our charges are the same whatever time of day or night you wish to travel.
Q. How long will the journey take?
A. Times are calculated from mileage, road and motorway links, peak or off peak travel times and experience of previous journeys. We also allow time for comfort stops on longer journeys, so clients arrive at their destinations feeling relaxed.
Q. Where do your tours go?
A. Our tours are tailor made to suit all clients’ requirements. We have experience of arranging day tours which are comfortably achievable in the time allowed. We arrange tours over several days, where the driver will stay with you throughout your stay. We also arrange tours abroad, for which we not only provide an executive car with driver, but also book clients’ accommodation.
Q. Do you provide wedding cars?
A. We do not have stretch limousines or classic cars, but we can arrange transport for your guests, especially if they need to travel from a distance.
Q. When do we pay and is there a deposit? Is there a cancellation fee?
